Meet Our
Broward Tribe

Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in women's health, pelvic floor, and obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.

Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.

Marissa Tresgallos,PT

Hello, my name is Cara Hoffer. I am so happy and blessed to be a part of the amazing team at Painless Pregnancy! I am a Physical Therapist specializing in treatment of various orthopedic and women’s health conditions. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Physiology from San Francisco State University and went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. After spending many years in the traditional outpatient physical therapy setting, I have developed a great passion for Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. As a mom of two young girls, I have found my niche in serving pregnant and post-partum clients in our community through this specialty. I believe in a

comprehensive approach to care, blending orthopedic knowledge and a strong manual therapy skill set with knowledge for specific pregnancy and postpartum conditions. I have completed coursework through the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health and Institute for Birth Healing. I am interested in becoming an educator of Physical Therapy students in both the clinical and academic setting. I am excited to continue to learn and grow in my ability to serve our clients here in South Florida through various treatment approaches. I am proud to be a part of the tribe at Painless Pregnancy. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and working with all of you!

Becky Rincon PT, DPT

My name is Chanol, and it brings me immense joy to be part of the dedicated team of Pelvic Health Physical Therapists here at Painless Pregnancy.
My journey towards becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy commenced at McMaster University in Canada, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2004. My fascination with the intricacies of the human body and the art of movement propelled me to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from Leeds Beckett University in the U.K., which I proudly achieved in 2009.
After five years of dedicated practice, primarily in the field of orthopedic Physical Therapy, I encountered numerous women who, sadly, had resigned themselves to a life of pain and shame due to pelvic floor dysfunction. Witnessing this inspired a

transformation in my career. I embarked on a journey to acquire advanced knowledge and skills by enrolling in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Alongside, I completed specialist courses in Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace. I find fulfillment in addressing a wide spectrum of pelvic floor conditions, but I hold a particular soft spot for mothers experiencing acute pain. As a mother myself, raising two spirited and loving boys, I can deeply empathize with the unique challenges that women face during pregnancy and postpartum. I firmly believe that every pregnancy journey is distinct and I am here to provide you with the individualized care and support you deserve. Together, we can create a pregnancy experience that is not only painless but also filled with comfort and joy. Your well-being is my priority, and I can't wait to help you achieve it.

Silvia Preza, PT, DPT

Hi my name is Victoria! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College.

I have worked with various populations including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, geriatric, pediatric, athletes, pregnant, and postpartum. I grew to love working specifically with the pregnant and postpartum population as I saw the direct benefits exercise, manual therapy, and education can bring women undergoing so many different changes to their body during pregnancy and after

giving birth. I am excited to bring awareness to common and uncommon pregnancy and postpartum conditions and guide women through the physical and psychological changes they may encounter. I believe that exercise is medicine and the more knowledge I can impart to help educate women the more prepared, less stressed, and better managed their pain will be.

My 20 years of experience as a dancer has helped me mold my treatment sessions focusing on movement, strength training, balance, and flexibility which I tailor to meet the specific needs of each patient I work with.

I look forward to treating you and being a part of the Painless Pregnancy tribe!
