Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in women's health, pelvic floor, and obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.
Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.
Marissa Tresgallos, PT
Hello, my name is Cara Hoffer. I am so happy and blessed to be a part of the amazing team at Painless Pregnancy! I am a Physical Therapist specializing in treatment of various orthopedic and women’s health conditions. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Physiology from San Francisco State University and went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. After spending many years in the traditional outpatient physical therapy setting, I have developed a great passion for Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. comprehensive approach to care, blending orthopedic knowledge and a strong manual therapy skill set with knowledge for specific pregnancy and postpartum conditions. I have completed coursework through the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health and Institute for Birth Healing. I am interested in becoming an educator of Physical Therapy students in both the clinical and academic setting. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and working with all of you!

Dr. Kat Vigo, PT, DPT
My name is Kat Vigo and I am the founder of Painless Pregnancy. I earned my Bachelors from the University of Florida in Health Sciences in 2005, and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 (Go Gators!)
I worked in the hospital setting for the first decade of my career, specializing in everything from orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical cases. My love for the obstetric population began when I had my first baby in 2012. I was induced at 39 weeks because the baby was "measuring big". After nearly 24 hours of labor, I was left with a fourth-degree tear and a seven-pound newborn. Little did I know that my birth trauma would launch me into my newest passion in my career. I quickly realized that other women were suffering much like I was. I then took every
course I could find on the topic of pregnant and postpartum physical therapy. I have trained with the American Physical Therapy Association, Herman and Wallace, Pelvic Guru, Pelvic Pain Institute, and the Institute for Birth Healing. These specialty trainings, along with treating hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women, has lead us to where we are now: training expert therapists to treat women in the comfort of their own homes. Truly, this is my dream come true.
I am also a wife to my highschool sweetheart, a sister to five amazing humans, a mother to two incredible souls, and a Christian. My verse for this company comes from the book of Philippians, chapter 1 v. 6: "being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ."

Hi! My name is Esther Bichachi and I’m ecstatic to be a part of the Painless Pregnancy team. I graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2008. After working with a physical therapist and falling in love with the profession, I made the decision to go to graduate school and obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from University of Miami. Since graduating in 2014, I have worked with virtually all patient populations, including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. While at UM, I completed an internship in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and was immediately interested in serving this particular group of people. After having my own two babies (boy mom here!), and experiencing the
difficulties many mothers face in the medical community, I found my passion for serving pregnant and postpartum women. In fact, I was 7.5 months pregnant when I reached out to Painless Pregnancy because I felt like I could truly empathize with their patients. Thanks to the wonderful advice from Dr. Vigo, my second delivery went much easier and I was even able to help treat my diastasis and pelvic pain while in my third trimester—I was shocked and amazed that it was so treatable that late in my pregnancy! After experiencing some of Dr. Vigo’s treatments firsthand, and having a recent pregnancy/postpartum experience, I am well equipped to serve all you momma’s. I’m currently working to complete my Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. I’ve also taken coursework with Herman & Wallace and Lynn Schulte from Institute of Birth Healing. Coupled with my experience in orthopedic and neurological disorders in various patient populations, I’m ready to bring my own set of skills to Painless Pregnancy to best serve mothers and mom’s-to-be in South Florida. I can’t wait to work with all of you!
I believe in a holistic approach to Women’s Health Physical Therapy. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I have acquired throughout my career to empower women to be the best version of themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.

My name is Chanol, and it brings me immense joy to be part of the dedicated team of Pelvic Health Physical Therapists here at Painless Pregnancy.
My journey towards becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy commenced at McMaster University in Canada, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2004. My fascination with the intricacies of the human body and the art of movement propelled me to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from Leeds Beckett University in the U.K., which I proudly achieved in 2009.
After five years of dedicated practice, primarily in the field of orthopedic Physical Therapy, I encountered numerous women who, sadly, had resigned themselves to a life of pain and shame due to pelvic floor dysfunction. Witnessing this inspired a

transformation in my career. I embarked on a journey to acquire advanced knowledge and skills by enrolling in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Alongside, I completed specialist courses in Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace. I find fulfillment in addressing a wide spectrum of pelvic floor conditions, but I hold a particular soft spot for mothers experiencing acute pain. As a mother myself, raising two spirited and loving boys, I can deeply empathize with the unique challenges that women face during pregnancy and postpartum. I firmly believe that every pregnancy journey is distinct and I am here to provide you with the individualized care and support you deserve. Together, we can create a pregnancy experience that is not only painless but also filled with comfort and joy. Your well-being is my priority, and I can't wait to help you achieve it.

Hi my name is Victoria! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College.
I have worked with various populations including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, geriatric, pediatric, athletes, pregnant, and postpartum. I grew to love working specifically with the pregnant and postpartum population as I saw the direct benefits exercise, manual therapy, and education can bring women undergoing so many different changes to their body during pregnancy and after

giving birth. I am excited to bring awareness to common and uncommon pregnancy and postpartum conditions and guide women through the physical and psychological changes they may encounter. I believe that exercise is medicine and the more knowledge I can impart to help educate women the more prepared, less stressed, and better managed their pain will be.
My 20 years of experience as a dancer has helped me mold my treatment sessions focusing on movement, strength training, balance, and flexibility which I tailor to meet the specific needs of each patient I work with.
I look forward to treating you and being a part of the Painless Pregnancy tribe!
