Meet Our
Miami Tribe

Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.

Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.

Hello, I’m Dr. Belinda, a pelvic floor physical therapist. I completed my Bachelors degree in Physical Education at Florida International University and received my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami.

Upon learning about the pelvic floor anatomy and its significant influence on the body, and then seeing the struggle that my close family and friends were dealing with, I was amazed about how prevalent related issues can be. I then became determined to educate those around me about the power of the pelvic floor and the ability to treat and improve commonly accepted impairments.

Being born and raised in Miami, I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I also understand the diversity in cultures and customs and am dedicated to help people from all walks of life.

During pregnancy and postpartum, your body goes through MANY incredible changes for your baby’s growth and delivery. You deserve to understand what those physiological changes are, why they happen, address any issues, and feel confident and comfortable in your body throughout this journey. Incontinence, low back pain, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, postural changes, muscle weakness, prolapse, difficulty moving, are all common impairments associated with pregnancy. But just because they are common, DOES NOT make them normal. It is possible to treat and prevent these conditions with physical therapy. I am here to empower you and your body through optimal movement and education through your journey to be the best mother that you can be.

Hi! My name is Dr. Adrianna, and I am a Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Therapist with
Painless Pregnancy. I am a double ‘cane, and received my Bachelor’s in Health Science as well as my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami.

When I was in my early 20’s, I learned first hand what it meant to have pelvic floor dysfunction. I was scared, embarrassed, and lost, until I learned about pelvic floor physical therapy. After seeking help for myself, I threw myself into learning more about treatment of the pelvic floor.

I have pursued continuing education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Institute of Clinical Excellence. With this education, I have been able to successfully help women dealing with issues such as incontinence, sexual dysfunction, dyspareunia, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and constipation. I believe that every woman deserves to love, understand, and feel comfortable with their bodies before they get pregnant, during pregnancy, and postpartum in order to feel their best!!

I am a firm believer that movement is medicine and have a passion for teaching Pilates. The principles of Pilates influence how I work as a therapist. These principles include control, precision, and breath, and together we can unlock your movement potential and help you heal.

Hi, my name is Emily Rojas-Blanco, and I'm a Womens Health Physical Therapist at Painless Pregnancy. I grew up in Venezuela and I've been living in the United States since 2009. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Cytogenetics and a minor in Applied Mathematics from Kennesaw State University in 2015. Later, I obtained my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.

I started my career by working with very frail populations in the inpatient hospital setting. It was then that I realized how common it is to live with chronic pain, and how

this phenomenon expands to the general population. This realization fueled my passion for women's health, specifically for raising awareness about pelvic floor dysfunction, and the changes that women's bodies undergo during their pregnancy and post-partum.

I strongly believe in promoting awareness about living a pain-free life, so that we can better care for ourselves and our loved ones. I'm dedicated to offering expert care for moms and moms-to-be, so they can fully savor every moment with their little ones.

Aside from my work as a physical therapist, I enjoy staying active by running and practicing yoga. I also enjoy taking walks by the beach, cooking vegetarian meals, and spending quality time with my family.
I'm excited to be a part of your journey and help guide you through the process of becoming pain-free, stronger, and empowered.

Hi my name is Victoria! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College.

I have worked with various populations including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, geriatric, pediatric, athletes, pregnant, and postpartum. I grew to love working specifically with the pregnant and postpartum population as I saw the direct benefits exercise, manual therapy, and education can bring women undergoing so many different changes to their body during pregnancy and after

giving birth. I am excited to bring awareness to common and uncommon pregnancy and postpartum conditions and guide women through the physical and psychological changes they may encounter. I believe that exercise is medicine and the more knowledge I can impart to help educate women the more prepared, less stressed, and better managed their pain will be.

My 20 years of experience as a dancer has helped me mold my treatment sessions focusing on movement, strength training, balance, and flexibility which I tailor to meet the specific needs of each patient I work with.
I look forward to treating you and being a part of the Painless Pregnancy tribe!
