Meet Our
Tampa Tribe

Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in women's health, pelvic floor, and obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.

Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.

I have a special interest in working with women who are looking for prenatal, birth prep, postpartum care and overall women's wellness. I believe a woman's journey is a dynamic, ever evolving life experience and I love empowering women through pelvic floor health, creating a safe and supportive environment, progressing exercises with a whole-body approach and helping to provide peace of mind.
I also have extensive experience with Orthopedic and Sports Medicine injuries. I have worked with athletes of all levels and have rehabilitated athletes in professional tennis, hockey, football, and baseball in the Tampa Bay area. I offer the most comprehensive approach for addressing musculoskeletal movement disorders and pain to the lumbar spine, sciatic, and hip with relation to pelvic floor dysfunctions.
In addition to my passion for helping patients achieve their goals and return to function, I am a strong advocate for promoting overall health, wellness, and fitness.
I am thrilled to be a part of the Painless Pregnancy Tribe in the Tampa Bay Area and look forward to being a part of your recovery journey, guide you through a holistic approach and recharge your spirit!

During my studies, I worked at a specialized PT clinic where I had the unique opportunity to interact with world renowned specialists in the treatment of hypermobile spectrum disorder, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and associated diagnoses.
I was also chosen on a national scale to work at the sought after St Jude Children’s Hospital in Memphis, TN providing therapy to children with cancer and educating therapists on pediatric pelvic floor considerations. I have extensive experience in childcare, specifically with infants and toddlers, and this role has made me passionate about supporting new mothers.
I have pursued continuing education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute allowing me to treat women with a variety of pelvic floor conditions. My background also includes experience in pilates, barre, and myofascial release. I incorporate these fundamentals as part of my personalized treatment plans. I love being able to empower women to believe in and show what they are truly capable of!
