The first step of joining our membership is to complete a short questionnaire about your current status, fitness needs, and long-term goals. This allows us to create a personalized calendar of exercise videos that will then be sent to your email. This calendar will tell you which video to watch on what days, as well as what days to perform cardio, and when to take it easy and/or just stretch. We’ve also included some motivational quotes and encouragement along the way. 

Each video averages 10 minutes in length, and we offer a variety of modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of the moves. We understand the unique challenges that come with these stages and have designed activities that will allow you to feel more confident and strong throughout this journey. We prioritize your safety and well-being, ensuring that all exercises are safe and effective for you and your baby.
