Hi! My name is Esther Bichachi and I’m ecstatic to be a part of the Painless Pregnancy team. I graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2008. After working with a physical therapist and falling in love with the profession, I made the decision to go to graduate school and obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from University of Miami. Since graduating in 2014, I have worked with virtually all patient populations, including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. While at UM, I completed an internship in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and was immediately interested in serving this particular group of people. After having my own two babies (boy mom here!), and experiencing the difficulties many mothers face in the medical community, I found my passion for serving pregnant and postpartum women. In fact, I was 7.5 months pregnant when I reached out to Painless Pregnancy because I felt like I could truly empathize with their patients. Thanks to the wonderful advice from Dr. Vigo, my second delivery went much easier and I was even able to help treat my diastasis and pelvic pain while in my third trimester—I was shocked and amazed that it was so treatable that late in my pregnancy! After experiencing some of Dr. Vigo’s treatments firsthand, and having a recent pregnancy/postpartum experience, I am well equipped to serve all you momma’s. I’m currently working to complete my Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. I’ve also taken coursework with Herman & Wallace and Lynn Schulte from Institute of Birth Healing. Coupled with my experience in orthopedic and neurological disorders in various patient populations, I’m ready to bring my own set of skills to Painless Pregnancy to best serve mothers and mom’s-to-be in South Florida. I can’t wait to work with all of you!

Chanol Ottley-Allen, PT, DPT
Hello, I'm Chanol, and it brings me immense joy to be part of the dedicated team of Pelvic Health Physical Therapists here at Painless Pregnancy.
My journey towards becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy commenced at McMaster University in Canada, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2004. My fascination with the intricacies of the human body and the art of movement propelled me to pursue a Master of Science in Physiotherapy degree from Leeds Beckett University in the U.K., which I proudly achieved in 2009.
After five years of dedicated practice, primarily in the field of orthopedic Physical Therapy, I encountered numerous women who, sadly, had resigned themselves to a life of pain and shame due to pelvic floor dysfunction. Witnessing this inspired a transformation in my career. I embarked on a journey to acquire advanced knowledge and skills by enrolling in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Alongside, I completed specialist courses in Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation through Herman and Wallace.
I find fulfillment in addressing a wide spectrum of pelvic floor conditions, but I hold a particular soft spot for mothers experiencing acute pain. As a mother myself, raising two spirited and loving boys, I can deeply empathize with the unique challenges that women face during pregnancy and postpartum. I firmly believe that every pregnancy journey is distinct and I am here to provide you with the individualized care and support you deserve. Together, we can create a pregnancy experience that is not only painless but also filled with comfort and joy. Your well-being is my priority, and I can't wait to help you achieve it.

My name is Sabrina and I am so happy to be part of the Painless Pregnancy team! New England born and raised but relocated to South Florida shortly after completing my doctorate program at the University of Hartford in 2021. While in school, I had a clinical rotation in pelvic health and I knew it was meant to be my specialty! I have taken many courses revolving around pelvic health, hormone health and women’s health coaching. Most notably with Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. There is truly no such thing as TMI with me and I am so excited to work with you to provide a holistic and integrative approach to your care.
Hello, my name is Taylor De Oro and I am thrilled to be apart of the Painless Pregnancy tribe! I graduated from the University of Kentucky with my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion, I then went on to the University of Southern California to complete my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. While in schooling I completed a clinical internship in the neonatal intensive care unit where I witnessed the challenges faced by mothers during the postpartum period. I was motivated to pursue a career in pelvic floor physical therapy. By specializing in womens health, I hope to contribute to the well-being of both mothers and their babies, fostering healthy outcomes for the entire family unit. As a physical therapist I am committed to providing holistic care that considers not only the pelvic floor but also the broader aspects of well-being. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment, to empower women to regain strength, restore function, and enhance their overall quality of life. I can’t wait to work with all of you!

Hi my name is Victoria! I graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and minor in Nutrition. I then went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marist College.
I have worked with various populations including orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, geriatric, pediatric, athletes, pregnant, and postpartum. I grew to love working specifically with the pregnant and postpartum population as I saw the direct benefits exercise, manual therapy, and education can bring women undergoing so many different changes to their body during pregnancy and after giving birth. I am excited to bring awareness to common and uncommon pregnancy and postpartum conditions and guide women through the physical and psychological changes they may encounter. I believe that exercise is medicine and the more knowledge I can impart to help educate women the more prepared, less stressed, and better managed their pain will be.
My 20 years of experience as a dancer has helped me mold my treatment sessions focusing on movement, strength training, balance, and flexibility which I tailor to meet the specific needs of each patient I work with.
I look forward to treating you and being a part of the Painless Pregnancy tribe!
